Ladino was the language of the Spanish & Portuguese Jews during the Inquisition. Ladino is a Colourful, Musical and Exotic blend of core Spanish, with added Portuguese and Hebrew vocabulary. The Ladino language borrowed much from Old Spanish, which was actually quite Identical to the Portuguese accent of today. There are approx. 150,000 Ladino speakers left in the world living mostly in Israel. Email: geors65@gmail.com
